David Endo

Mr. Endo brings a unique combination of financial restructuring and investment banking expertise to each assignment. He has advised on numerous financial restructurings, both in- and out-of-court, Section §363 Sales, internal reorganizations, capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions assignments across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Carl Marks, Mr. Endo worked as an investment banking analyst in the financial institutions group at investment banking and asset management firm, Piper Jaffray. During this time, he completed a variety of capital markets transactions and advisory assignments for companies within the specialty finance, insurance, and financial technology sub-sectors.

Mr. Endo graduated with a BS in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He is a FINRA Registered Representative and a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
