Daniels has over 20 years of experience as a financial restructuring, operations and transactions advisor. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has aided dozens of clients across numerous industries, guiding their restructuring efforts and working alongside management teams, owners, boards of directors, senior secured lenders, bondholders, and private equity firms. He has also served in leadership roles, including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, and has led sales and marketing teams on multiple projects.

Killion began his career at Carl Marks Advisors in 2008 and has more than 17 years of experience advising company management, owners, boards of directors, senior secured lenders, bondholders, and private equity firms. His expertise includes assisting businesses with strategic planning, identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives and completing operational restructurings. In addition to being one of the firm’s leading healthcare experts, he has extensive experience across the consumer products, manufacturing, media, heavy manufacturing, and shipping and logistics sectors.
