Mr. Winkowski has extensive executive leadership and operations experience in challenging corporate environments, specializing in assisting with management practices, partnership agreements, structured buyouts, technology solutions, overall operating efficiencies and customized training. During his career, he has led a series of successful college/university acquisitions and integration efforts.

Mr. Winkowski’s recent experience includes serving as Chief Executive and Financial Officer of MedTech College, where he restructured operations to achieve profitable results and increased liquidity, conducted a forensic audit to restate 2014 financial results, and created and managed an operations transition plan for the sale of all campuses to a new ownership group. He has served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer, North America, of SAE Institute where he was responsible for the operational restructuring that produced substantial growth in population metrics by 56% and driving $5M in profit.

Previously, he was Vice President of Finance at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where he was responsible for managing operations of two campuses comprised of 2,300 students and generating $51 million in revenue.  Mr. Winkowski also served as Chief Financial Officer/Online Operations for Salem International University to revitalize online enrollments, engage with national and regional accreditation and the Department of Education.

Mr. Winkowski earned a BA from University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Keller Graduate School. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
