Mr. Potts has over six years of experience providing financial advisory services focusing on corporate and operational restructuring, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation in a variety of industries. His experience includes lender and debtor side engagements, both in and out of court, where he has been responsible for developing and executing business plans, in-depth financial modeling, liquidity management, contingency planning, and cost-cutting initiatives.
Prior to joining Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Potts served as a Vice President at AlixPartners, a global consulting firm, providing financial advisory services to various clients in a broad array of industries on both lender and debtor side engagements.
Mr. Potts holds a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
