Mr. Webb has had great success optimizing stakeholder value by providing advisory services to public and private companies, owners and management teams, Boards of Directors, private equity groups, lenders, investors, trustees, and official and ad hoc creditors committees. His experience includes the full spectrum of financial restructuring engagements, including Section 363 Sales and internal reorganizations both in- and out-of-court. He also has provided valuations, fairness opinions, and testified as an expert witness in bankruptcy court. These assignments span a number of industries, including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, consumer products, print, media, and real estate.
Prior to joining Carl Marks, he worked at Franklin Hamilton, a middle market investment bank. During this time, he completed a variety of merger and acquisition assignments for companies within the insurance, manufacturing, oil & gas, and energy sub-sectors.
Mr. Webb joined Carl Marks Advisors in 2007 and has held positions of increasing responsibility since then. He has spearheaded many complex transactional engagements in the middle market and consequently gained subject matter expertise in a variety of industries. He brings financial advisory, industry and transactional expertise to Carl Marks Advisors’ integrated client service teams.
Mr. Webb graduated from the University of Vermont with a BS in Business Administration. He is a graduate of the McKinsey Management Program, member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and is a FINRA Registered Representative.
