Mr. Pielusko brings financial and operations restructuring as well as transaction related advisory expertise to client engagements across a variety of industries. His experiences include working on interim management teams, the development and execution of business plans, strategic advisory roles, treasury and cash management, valuation services, borrower and lender negotiations, operational and financial modeling, and developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Pielusko served as an Assistant Vice President at Citigroup, working in their Trade Finance Division as a product manager and sales specialist. There, he structured customized working capital solutions for Fortune 500 companies across all industries. Prior to his experience in Trade Finance, Mr. Pielusko worked in the Strategy and Planning group of one of Citigroup’s largest business units where he developed and implemented strategic global initiatives as well as managed and oversaw the budgeting, forecasting, and closing process for a $10bn global business.

Mr. Pielusko holds a BA from the George Washington University where he graduated with summa cum laude honors and at the top of the accounting class and is a FINRA Registered Representative.
