Mr. Bagley has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, operations management, profit improvement and interim management roles. He focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, creating business plans, restructuring, and conducting assessments for a variety of companies and industries, including hospitality and restaurant.
Highlights of Mr. Bagley’s experience include: restructuring plan and comprehensive assessment for the largest privately held assisted living healthcare group in the Midwest. Restructured $50 million of debt and, as the company diversified its holdings as part of the restructuring plan, developed a comprehensive reporting structure for bank and investor oversight; conducted an assessment of a $30 million restaurant group (including video gaming facilities) and developed a restructuring process; dealt with startup regulatory issues and negotiations for a restaurant franchisor as part of a turnaround effort; working with management and the lender, developed business and implementation plans to take a $65 million specialty giftware wholesaler, losing $3 million a year, to a $40 million company making $2 million annually in six months.
Mr. Bagley earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
