Mr. Zinn’s investment banking experience includes mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, distressed M&A, refinancing, and capital raises.
Mr. Zinn holds a BA in Latin from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law. He is currently completing an MS in Mathematics at New York University’s Courant Institute. In his spare time, Mr. Zinn competes as a nationally rated chess expert. He is a FINRA Registered Representative.
