Aidan Black is a skilled professional with demonstrated success in both Chapter 11 restructurings as well as mergers & acquisitions across sectors including energy, food/grocery, healthcare, insurance, media, and retail. Mr. Black focuses on advising company owners, management teams, lenders, and private equity groups on complex bankruptcies, restructurings, refinancing, and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Black supported corporate bankruptcies and restructurings at Alvarez & Marsal in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Black graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance from the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University and is a FINRA Registered Representative.
